Another good achievement for our Santa Tresa Orisi Terre Siciliane IGP BIO 2020 which was reviewed by the famous Wine Megazine Decanter awarding it with 91 points!
"Made from a rediscovered acient variety, Orisi, this is a unique red from Santa Tresa estate near Vittoria.
Smoky hints of bonfire and spicy wood accompany a focused palate of fine tipped acidity, very fine, sandy tannins and bright wild red and black fruits.
There's plenty of pepper, with a spicy complexity that must come from the fact the wine stays in contact with its biomass (skins, yeast,etc) for almost an entire year.
Finishes spicy yet clean and fresh. Long.
Only 2120 bottles produced."
