Al calar d’estate | Dinner & Wine Tasting at Santa Tresa
Summer is coming to an end, but there is still one special evening to enjoy together at Santa Tresa.
On Saturday, 19 September, Santa Tresa invites you to the winery for “Al calar d’estate”, a special dinner among the vineyards, accompanied by a selection of Santa Tresa wines and live music by Marzia Incardona.
An evening to celebrate the end of summer, surrounded by the atmosphere of the Vittoria countryside, with a menu designed to showcase the flavours of Sicily and our wines.
The Menu
Starter
Shabu-shabu style squid julienne, red berry coulis and oriental-style sautéed vegetables.
Paired with: Cortese Orange-Utan Bianco – Terre Siciliane IGP 2025
First Course
Trofie with potato cream, saffron, mussels and pecorino fondue.
Paired with: Cortese Vanedda Bianco – Terre Siciliane IGP
Second Course
Gnocchi with sausage and wild fennel ragù, topped with toasted Sicilian breadcrumbs.
Paired with: Santa Tresa Cerasuolo di Vittoria D.O.C.G. 2022
Main Course
Pork fillet with Nero d’Avola reduction.
Paired with: Cortese Senia Nero d’Avola – Sicilia DOC 2023
Dessert
Dessert buffet.
An evening of wine and music
The experience will be accompanied by live music from Marzia Incardona, creating the perfect atmosphere for dinner as the sun sets over the Santa Tresa vineyards.
