A tasting of “heritage” wines and unique grape varieties

Experience an exclusive tasting of five unique organic wines that best represent our terroir: Frappato, Cerasuolo di Vittoria DOCG, and the world-unique “heritage” varieties Albanello and Orisi, which have been revived in our vineyards. Thoughtful food pairings complete a sensory journey through history, terroir, and authentic flavours, all in harmony with biodiversity and sustainable viticulture.
