Il Frappato di Santa Tresa – 90+ Points
An expressive Brut spumante marked by floral aromas, fresh mint and peach sorbet. Fine bubbles carry ripe stone fruit across a wave of vibrant acidity, while rosy florals and gentle minerality lead to an airy, refreshing finish.
Il Grillo di Santa Tresa – 90+ Points
Opening with notes of crushed nectarines and peaches, enhanced by sweet herbs, Il Grillo shows a rounded texture balanced by lively acidity. Ripe orchard fruit, candied citrus and a touch of mint accompany a finish of remarkable freshness.
